Yes. Although originally developed for Unix-based operating systems (Linux, Mac OS X, SUN Solaris, …), and reliant on some Unix-specific functions and tools to achieve optimal performance, CWB is now available for Windows too. You can either compile and run CWB version 3.0 on Windows using the Cygwin emulation layer (see detailed instructions on the CWB wiki), or - if you don't mind working with a version that may have bugs - you can get a native Windows build of version 3.1 or 3.2 (see here); the Windows support was kindly contributed by the Textométrie project.
